Well looks like my case is going all the way to court then 🙃. Is it time to start preparing?

Your defence has already been filed,  you dont get another go unless a judge orders it

You should be following the 12 steps in the defence template thread,  whilst waiting for your local civil court to write to you with a court order,  so you are at step 12

Start drafting your witness statement plus Exhibits bundle

Thank you! Sorry I’ve had a really busy time with work so just catching up with it all now. I’ve still not received a court date yet just the letter to advise it’s been allocated to my local county court.

In terms of witness statement/evidence, I will be relating this to the Cel v Chan & CPMS v Akande which was the main part of my defence. However can I now add things in terms of signage and markings on the floor which were not part of my defence? The reason this was not included originally was due to the POC being very vague, hence the Chan & Akande case law. 

Do I solely bank my witness statement on the POC being vague, costs are overpriced & no loss/damages have occurred or can I add some more to this? 

Also I know the signage has been changed since my incident (I should have gone back earlier I know). However one of the parking firms before Moorside legal took this on, had taken pictures of my vehicle, the floor markings & the signage. Is there anyway I’m now able to obtain those images or have I shot myself in the foot here by not taking photos of the original signage myself?

But their WS will include all that, if they don't discontinue. I suspect the latter.

My concerns are if one of these cases do go to court and they get a soft or biased judge and they side with the cowboys. 
That opens the floodgates in their favour
The counter is though that it goes to court and gets thrown out which destroys their threat modelling 
Hard to predict as they're likely nailing the money from the threats which I'd guess 75% pay

Neither of that happens. Your case isn't going to set any precedent.

Sadly you are just a number to them. They are copying the DCB Legal MO and are almost certain to discontinue.
