I'm so tired of people missing the 'new questions' advice that I'm minded to delete the link to bargepole's thread entirely and just leave people to work out the obvious answers and fill in the easy form without that old stuff.  I think that old thread also says to post the DQ which nobody should.
I agree, given the number of posters that don't read all of that section.  Or, you could leave it in and put it after the others for reference.

  • Hi All, so I am just finishing up my final touches of my N180, just out of curiosity when choosing where you'd like your court hearing is it preferred to do this in person at my local court or can I also suggest online, as this would make me feel a lot more confident and comfortable due to my anxiety of doing it all in person. I note their request was to do it online also, so wondering whether to stand my ground and try my best do it in person locally. Thank you!

An online hearing would make it much more convenient for them, more so than for you. Make them search for and employ an advocate who will have to travel to your local court. Chances are it might make them more inclined to discontinue.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Your DCBL discontinuation thread has highlighted the sheer incompetence of try it on timewasting legals ?
    BRILLIANT THREAD

Your time is limited, is their someone who will do the same with MOORSIDE
I say this because right now there is a game of musical chairs being played by parking companies who are desperate to find a so called legal to make them money.

Real legals would not touch the scam

With Moorside it's the same old, same old
  • Completed and returned the N180 via email - do I also need to send a copy to Moorside or will this be done for me via the court?

  • N180 submitted & initial phone call mediation date now received. Next steps: go though my defence and decline any pre trial settlement. End call, see what happens 👍🏼
