  • Perfect looks like more of their scare tactics then!

In terms of the N180, they have completed and attached their copy to this letter but I cannot find where I have to fill my part in. As per the guide it says Northampton Business Centre would submit the N180 form to both claimant and defendant, which I haven’t received yet it seems.  So I’m unsure of where I’m meant to download this as you have advised @Gr1pr

Why not just read other Moorside Legal threads? It will give you more confidence.

That letter has already been discussed to death on other threads; we don't need to see their letters.

If you really want to rush to download a copy of the N180 rather than wait for your paper copy, just Google N180 court forms

    The download is here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/form-n180-directions-questionnaire-small-claims-track

Check on Moneyclaim online to see if the court has dispatched their copy to you. You don't have to use their copy, you can just use the one online.

Another scare tactic is for the other side to download it too and send it to you before the court has even posted it. They could well have done this in attempt to panic you.

Send your copy to the court and Moorclowns, but don't touch the copy they've posted you.
  • Okay! So sorry for all the questions, just my first time doing this all.

Let me have a read through some other forums and I will get this downloaded and checked on Moneyclaim online 🙌🏻

You were expecting that weren't you?

Item 7 on that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence says...

Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list might be worth another read too.

You don't need any other forums, this is the best one!
No of course, I meant the other threads within the MSE Forum. Poor choice of words from me lol

Noticed that the DQ is quite different to that set out by bargepole in the @Coupon-mad
    newbies thread. Must be outdated.

I'm filling mine in online now and emailing back, shout if you notice the same, and need a hand!

Correct,  the bargepole thread and guidance is 8 years old,  try the other links in that section in the newbies sticky thread

None of my advice there is outdated.  Read it again (all of it, not just the ancient bargepole guidance thread).

I'm so tired of people missing the 'new questions' advice that I'm minded to delete the link to bargepole's thread entirely and just leave people to work out the obvious answers and fill in the easy form without that old stuff.  I think that old thread also says to post the DQ which nobody should.
