PCM UK LTD / MOORSIDE LEGAL CLAIM

Totally ignore OPS because they are notoriously unreasonable ex-clampers who are in the IPC, so there is no appeal on offer.MrTottenham123 said:
Hi Coupon-mad sorry for being inactive, hope you're well?Coupon-mad said:
What happened in the end? Moorside Legal discontinued or did you have a hearing?MrTottenham123 said:
So no need for me to focus my WS on any of that then? Just the simple case law outlined within my defence.Coupon-mad said:But their WS will include all that, if they don't discontinue. I suspect the latter.I just want to make sure I have something substantial as a worst case scenario that it does make court lol
So the court had requested for the claimants to resubmit their claim and pay a small court fee by 12th Nov otherwise the claim will be struck out in my favour. T minus 2 days and hoping nothing else is received from them or my local county court. They did welcome a counter claim from myself for the time I've spent on all of this also, have many people done that in the forum or not?
P.s another private PCN was received today (a final demand, despite no prior letters being received). Clumsy as I was watching my friends play a football match and didn't know my reg had to put into a tablet at the bar. So I am seeking confirmation of my attendance from the club house and hoping to get this waived off, otherwise I'll be back doing this whole process again.
This ones with One Parking Solutions so going to do some research on them now lol
All the best,
MrTottenham123
As for Moorside, I doubt they will pay the hearing fee but have you done your witness statement & evidence bundle, as per the Judge's order? It won't have said anything about a counterclaim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Okay got it, ignore OPS.
In regards to Moorside I have royally f***ed it! I’ve been out of the country for some time and been grinding my work (hence the inactivity). Assuming now I cannot use any of this to aid me if does go to trial now!The claim is struck out as of the 12th Nov, would I be notified of this or should I contact someone at the county court? The counter claim was in regards to the judges sentence ‘you will also be liable for the costs which the defendant has incurred’. Not necessarily a claim in submitting but my costs for my time spent0 -
That's not a counterclaim but why aren't you putting in a costs sheet and WS bundle now?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I had missed the deadline ages ago for the WS bundle, so just thought I’d wait until the cut off tomorrow to see if this was struck out or not.
Costs I can start on this evening. Assuming this is just for my time spent dealing with this matter?0 -
A late WS is better than nothing. Just do it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
