    Mines there in a section called Loyalty Bonus. I was just looking around the account and saw this separate account titled Loyalty Bonus and there's £50 in there. I hadn't got any notification. No idea how long it's been there as there doesn't seem to be any date. Edit: yes there's today's date on it and it says MSE incentive.

    Found mine in the Loyalty Bonus section on the desktop website (haven't found it on the App version). History shows that it was credited today 31/03

    Having previously received cashback for switching to HL, this is how it was paid to me, with no notification it had been paid, either on the day or later. They may therefore be answering quite a few queries from people who don't notice it has been paid.

    I've withdrawn the £50 but I'll wait till that gets there (says tomorrow) before I withdraw the rest and close the account.

    Did you get the email on 24th August or thereabouts confirming you were in it? Is there anything at all in your Loyalty Bonus section? Pending payment perhaps?
