I wonder if anyone still waiting for bonus?, they say week commencing on 7th but today is wed and still nothing, I am exhausted of those morons, how long it can take to transfer this stupid £50?, as soon as I get money I take out all of it and close account, horrible experience:(. I got email yesterday, I thought about money, but it was about my complaint "acknowledgment of your complaint" and now member of their client service team investigate in the case and respond within 8 weeks;). I might keep the account open to see what they will find out...
I’m still waiting for mine. I messaged them the other day and they said the £50 will be paid in May. I’m pretty sure I made my deposit with them in July so I’m about to make a follow-up enquiry.

Just to add my own experience: I did get the original qualification email, then I heard nothing else on the matter. I just checked the app (before reading the updates here) and still nothing, so I messaged them. And then I read the latest here, logged in online, and there it was in the Loyalty section.

Weirdly though, I've been charged a management fee on it - twice in 2 days! So you might want to withdraw yours pretty sharpish, while there's still some left.

It's not the end of the world, of course, but I'm not sure how they're 'managing' it. At best the whole thing seems like poor organisation and a lack of transparency. And they might spend a bit less time sending me glossy brochures through the post, and a bit more offering basic coms about what's going on.

Thanks for the tips from all who posted.

On £100 of investment, the monthly fee would come to 4p, and I don't think it is applied to cash (that would only take it up to 6p). Did you invest more in your S&S ISA than you were required to under the offer?

Still nothing on my account, I received another email today:
    "Thank you for your message.

We are working to get the Money Savings Expert cashback applied as soon as practicable, I sincerely apologise for the delay.

I'm afraid I am unable to confirm a specific date for this to be credited.

If you have any further questions, please reply by secure message from your HL account or send us an email. Please note that attachments we send will only be available to view on our website and not on the HL App.

    Kind Regards,

To update, I received today another message to my complaint, quite long one:
"I am writing further to your recent concerns regarding our MSE Ready-made ISA Cashback Offer. At the outset, the service we provide our clients is of the utmost importance, so may I firstly once again sympathise with any distress you have experienced.

I understand that you have recently opened a Ready-made HL Stocks & Shares ISA and were expecting to receive £50 cashback based on your subscription of £100. Without wishing to repeat information you may already be aware of, our offer terms stated that we will credit your HL loyalty bonus account with £50 within one month of the end of the Minimum Investment period (7 months).

Regrettably, due to an internal processing error this payment was delayed, and we credited your cashback to your Loyalty Bonus Account on 14 April 2025. I would also like to apologise the poor communication we provided you in relation to when you would receive the payment. I would like to assure you this is not up to high standard of service you expect to receive, and I can confirm this has been fed back to the relevant senior manager for training purposes to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I am very sorry for any concern caused as a result.

Nevertheless, I’m conscious that you are disappointed with the service you’ve received and that you feel strongly about this matter. We value all feedback from our clients and it’s important to us that you feel confident and valued using our services.

Considering the above, I certainly appreciate that our service fell short on this occasion. As such, I have arranged for £25 to be credited to your Nominated Bank Account as a resolution to your concerns, which I hope you will accept alongside our apologies. You should expect to receive this payment shortly."
So I should get another £25, we will see..

Contacted HL again yesterday - received this response :
Thank you for your recent message.

“I can confirm that we are chasing the payment to be provided to us so we can allocate it to clients. As soon as we receive the cash from MSE we will allocate it to clients.

I hope this has been of assistance. If you have any further questions, please reply by secure message from your HL account…”

how odd, should we pestering MSE as well?
Why would MSE be paying HL to take on new customers? I think you should pass the message on to MSE. They might wish to set the record straight.

Did you contact Martin? What did he say? 😂
I have contacted MSE via voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com as detailed here https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/site/site-contacts

and also responded to HL with a slightly sarcastic response about MSE paying them for signups alongside telling them I've contacted MSE.
Nice move contacting both.. Hopefully that gets things moving, sometimes a bit of pressure from both ends helps clear things up faster.
