How to get the MSE £50 Hargreaves Lansdown Offer?

    I haven’t yet had the cashback, but I did contact HL and they have told me the cashback will be credited within days.

    I've not had mine yet and today is 8 months to the day after my initial £100 deposit date. I got the email 24 Aug confirming that I am included in it and it states on that email I will receive the money and an email within 1 month after the £100 has been in there 7 month from the date of depositing the £100.

    Maybe it's 7 full calendar months they require? So perhaps I'll wait till April 1st before I contact them.

    Thank you for your recent message.

    “I can confirm that we are chasing the payment to be provided to us so we can allocate it to clients. As soon as we receive the cash from MSE we will allocate it to clients.

    how odd, should we pestering MSE as well?

    how odd, should we pestering MSE as well?
    Why would MSE be paying HL to take on new customers? I think you should pass the message on to MSE. They might wish to set the record straight.

    I have contacted MSE via voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com as detailed here https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/site/site-contacts/

    and also responded to HL with a slightly sarcastic response about MSE paying them for signups alongside telling them I've contacted MSE.

    I've had the same message this morning from HL so sent an email to MSE
  • Now received a response from HL, wow, won’t be sticking around with them after this, as not sure at what point they decided to come to the prior response

    Money Saving Expert are not sending us any money regarding the cash back offer.

    I can confirm this payment is due to be paid out by close of business today.
