How to get the MSE £50 Hargreaves Lansdown Offer?

I still didnt received my bonus but after complaining to complaints@email I received two emails, first like the others "..they have to contact MSE to receive the money???" and another 

"Thank you for your email.

Upon investigation, further confirmation has been provided that your cashback will be received on the week commencing 07 April 2025.

I apologise for the considerable amount of incorrect information that has been provided to you, due to this, your case will be escalated to our Complaints team.

If you have any further questions, please reply by secure message from your HL account or send us an email. Please note that attachments we send will only be available to view on our website and not on the HL App.

You need to reply to that message if you haven't already asking why you haven't got it when it's now overdue.

I did. I contacted them on 25th March and they told me it would be paid over "the next few working days" and it's been over a week now. I've just sent them a complaint via e-mail.

I contacted MSE last Friday and after a couple of emails they told me that they'd spoken to their contacts at HL who advised MSE that some would get the £50 on 31 March while others would get it early April. Judging by RobertKr's post on here earlier the 2nd tranche could be w/c 7 April.

I've got to give HL their dues. After my complaint they got back to me very promptly and said I shouldn't have been told it would be paid in a few working days. They said it would be paid the week commencing 7th April and have arranged compensation as an apology.

I wonder if anyone still waiting for bonus?, they say week commencing on 7th but today is wed and still nothing, I am exhausted of those morons, how long it can take to transfer this stupid £50?, as soon as I get money I take out all of it and close account, horrible experience:(. I got email yesterday, I thought about money, but it was about my complaint "acknowledgment of your complaint" and now member of their client service team investigate in the case and respond within 8 weeks;). I might keep the account open to see what they will find out...
