Well i have to say the whole process was very easy for me.
Used app to apply and set up switch. Joined blue rewards as required.
Switch completed today from TSB. Transferred £800 in and out.
Fingers crossed the incentive is paid soon.0 -

The C.S. rep. said the p.i.n. is posted and should arrive about two days after the card. She said it was posted on the 12th.Also there should be a "Welcome Pack" through the post. Not received that either. Yes, the p.i.n. will be accessible in the app., but the p.i.n. is needed to log in, along with other information including the 5 digit account access p.i.n.. Catch 22.She could access the account, I couldn't for whatever reason. "Memorable word", no, never asked to set that up during the application. I did have to submit Mother's Maiden Name which has been requested when phoning. Membership number, never received that. Only provided by a previous C.S. rep..Do they provide a card reader? P.I.N. Sentry? I should have been sent that too. Not received.Therefore, according to the information I was given, the card p.i.n. is posted.Something obviously went drastically wrong with my application process.1 -

... or some stuff is just held up or lost in the post?

Given the rep said the pin was posted on the 12th… did you receive it? As others have verified, the pin is accessed via the app and not posted.
There is no Welcome Pack… they send the card and that’s about it.
not sure what membership number you are referring to? What does this access?
Are you making assumptions about needing a card reader?…that is quite random. You didn’t receive one as they aren’t required…
Either way… looks like Barclays have been giving you wrong information unfortunately…

I applied for the premier and got accepted, the card arrived today, 12 days later, but yesterday I reported it hadnt arrived yet! Frustrating.
Does the barclays app show the DD set up when transferred? Hoping to get the £175 fairly pronto0 -
