    My switch went through on 22 August, however I am yet to recieve the switch bonus - should I follow this up with them?

    I switched a few months ago and signed up for the rewards app. No sign of switch cash. Contacted via the app chat and was told the rewards membership was cancelled after 2 either days or weeks depending on who I chat to). I didn't cancel it. Do Barclays do it so I don't meet the conditions? I've been promised someone from the switch team will look into it and get back within 5 days twice and it's now been a month since first contact
