Planning - as I got it free because I recommend it to students, I use Global Tasks. Easy to create categories etc. There are others I recommend but totally exhausted right now . After a lousy weekend, today went:
9am OT assessed Mum and agreed all not right. She recommended I ring 111.
10am long conversation with 111 who said paramedics will be there in 2hrs.
1pm paramedics arrived and did thorough assessment, lovely guys. Summoned ambulance.
3pm arrived at A&E. Lots more tests and scans. Lots of doctors, all good and communicated well to both me and mum. Most likely verdict is that there are a few areas of brain affected, seems 1st scan in May was done so quickly that possibly not all damage showed up. Or this weekends behavioural issues could indicate a new mini stroke. Either way, they expect recovery to some extent.
9pm finally a bed available for an overnight stay to do more obs.
10pm Mr N and I got back via Mr T to get ready meals, also a Costa and some Ibuprofen for me as my head was exploding.

(((Hugs))) for you, your mum, MrN and your DB, Narc0. Such a difficult time for you all. Forget flying.
i had run out of steam by 2.15 (by which time I had walked Rosie) so gave up. I spent most of the evening on the phone. Have arranged to go out with a friend next Tuesday.
I must not forget W’s school open evening tomorrow!6 -
When you are under a lot of stress is not the time to be decluttering. Might declutter things you really want to keep.6

Morning all xx
Much love and many hugs to Narc0 xx
I'm up, made my bed, completed Wordle and Connections, supped my first brew, and disappeared down a rabbit hole after googling Global Tasks Easy and unearthing many different techniques to help with time management and overcoming procrastination.
I had tea with S, an ex-colleague, last night. I maybe ought to call her Sh to differentiate from S who visits with P. I had tea with Sh last night. Not chicken sweet and sour with half rice and half chips. 😋. No calories calculated. I'll have less daily calories for the rest of the week to compensate.
Brew 2 is required.

morning all
Hugs Narco
went to Look Good Feel Better and came back with a goody bag of stuff, including a fragrance, so i’m happy with that. I learned how to do my eyebrows (which are nigh on invisible and usually neglected) so that was fun/funny.

I should have pegged out the towels and tea towels but it looked like rain, so I didn't. And it didn't rain. But heyho.
Recycling boxes (one for paper, and one for cans, glass and batteries) are at the gate ready to be emptied tomorrow. And I had ten minutes pulling grass out of my lavender border at the front.
Every little helps

Valli said:... to the theatre in Steel City tonight… Come From AwayProbably my favourite piece of theatre of the past five years. Absolutely love it. It makes me cry (seen it twice) because it's so uplifting. I hope it works for you as well.(((Hugs))) Narco.Flying, I've been thinking about swapping my slimmed down bag and purse collection in useless large packing cubes (I dont take that much of anything when I go away), swimming gear and pjs to a cupboard with all otc meds that we've gathered to fend off coughs, colds, pain, bottles of shampoo etc to the divan-type drawer under the bed. Today I did it, and wow, what an improvement. Very happy with that outcome.Walked the doggo and had tea and cake with a couple of Foodbank staff/volunteer friends. Lovely.Better is good enough.6
