I assumed that the casino could pay the money straight into your bank account if it was for a large amount.

haven't seen it mentioned on here other than your post, but there is an outbreak of salmonella in the states, and a few places we went in Vegas (ie. Cafe Ba Ba Reeba + pizza hut at the airport) had taken fresh tomato's off the menu completely

Mosquitos in LV: I've read some references to mosquitos in LV, but just wanted to check if they may be a problem in late July? Can someone recommend a good repelent for LV mosquitos? have you tried the avon one?

I travel to Vegas at least once a month and have never seen or felt any mosquitoes
