Morning all xx
A slower start to the day today. I was up before 7 but all I've done is make my bed, sup my first brew, and complete Wordle and Connections. My latest way to relax aka waste time is by watching videos of cows having their hooves trimmed. It's very therapeutic 😌.
Brew 2 and breakfast next then I'll think about doing something 🤔

I'm dressed, fed the birds, filled the bird bath, and WUDUPA ...while listening to Christine and the Queens.
Twot to strim today.
DS is driving home from the Dorset coast today. He has switched on the thingy that will allow me to stalk him until he's home. Bless him.

DS is about halfway home. I'm following his progress on Google maps.
I've now read the book and I've decided to bite the bullet. My kitchen sink is full of hot water and bleach, and I'm wearing lace up shoes.
Watch this space 😉

DS and his DF are home. And I can relax again.
My kitchen sink is clean but not shiny. And I'm not prepared to wipe it with baby oil to make it shine. I haven't got any for a start! And I'm not going to dry the sink every time I use it, nor will I keep the washing up bowl in the cupboard under the sink to hide any dirty pots. That's just not sustainable for me. And feels a tad obsessive. But I have flung the grufty washing up bowl and put the new bowl in the sink. And I've flung the grufty dish cloth and sponge- after using them to clean the sink. I've also flung the chipped spoon holder. And I've put my old kettle to one side to go to the recycling and unboxed the kettle I've had for years and never used. New kettle has been filled, boiled, and the water poured away as per instructions for first use. Kitchen sink plug hole has had a dose of vinegar and baking powder fizzed down it. The boiling water that followed glugged away nicely.
Zone 5 starts tomorrow. So I'll set the timer and spend 15 minutes getting rid of some clutter in the LR.
