Saga
Has anyone else whose account application was being reviewed yesterday, still waiting the next day?

Mine timed out mid verification.
Still waiting to find out when "soon" is…

Anyone know if you can make scheduled payments out of this Saga Savings account? Similar to Chase's Boosted Saver facility … Chase 4.5% about to end for me in Aug.

I couldn't see any facility to do that, but happy to be proved wrong. All withdrawals have to go to your nominated account. Deposits and withdrawals are instant as confirmed by other posters.

there seems to be only an immediate withdraw option… possibly you could schedule via chat, but I would doubt it - might be worth asking them.

Thanks Folks … basically looking for best option to replace Chase Boosted Saver (boost ending in Aug) as a temp store for maturing RS cash before it gets sent out (scheduled) to fund other RSs later on. I've got Zopa Boosted Pot but no scheduled payments out there either. ISA allowance used this year.
Suggestions welcome.

Saga
Applied on 14th and got the application being reviewed up to 72 hours message.
While waiting for the confirmation email I actually got a survey email from Saga, so decided to try logging on anyway, and account was already up and running.
So now just waiting for the application successful email!

Saga
I’ve literally just jumped on the Saga bandwagon a few minutes ago before the account disappears! Also want something as an alternative as my Zopa 4.45% pots expire soon. Opened straight away and no ID checks needed, perhaps as I have Nat West products. Fund movements seem to be immediate. On the downside, website seems a little clunky and not immediately intuitive how to get to the correct login screeen. Also no app but I’ll live with it!

That Chase functionality (scheduled payments from a EA account with decent rate) is very much an outlier.
I'm in the spreadsheet and do it manually camp.
