You don't need a card reader for Ulster do you?0

I think you may if not using an app. I do need one as I only use Web. The card reader is identical to RBS/NatWest and Nationwide.thevoid69 said:You don't need a card reader for Ulster do you?0 -
Always used the 3pm cut off on working days for same day withdrawal and that always worked.... even for debit card funding and same day withdrawal of same amount.UKX69 said:
Sympathy with you. Had a few accounts with them in the past but one left with just £1 in it. Took three attempts to withdraw it with nothing happening, two secure messages and an email before the account was closed. Absolute shambles.Sherbertfizz said:That's my Family Building Society online saver iss 9 a/c closed. Rubbish customer service, made a 25k withdrawal yesterday several hours before the cut-off point for same day transfer to nominated account, money didn't arrive. Phone call this morning, very dismissive call handler, elevated to a supervisor who investigated and found there had been a delay but the reason was unknown. Won't repeat the whole convo here but suffice to say it was kafkaesque and FBS come across as Dickensian in their processes. Advise withdrawing the day before you need the money if it's time sensitive, or maybe two days before because although they state money arrives before end of working day, and their phone lines close at 5pm, they are working to a 23.59 cut-off!0 -

Is the Post Office Online website as clunky/unreliable as several online comments seem to suggest ?Bridlington1 said:Not a top one yet but one to keep an eye on:

How are people finding Ulster? Same day withdrawals? My account is open, but I've not funded it yet.0
