I havent been with chase for 8 months. If I start up a new account with them do I class as a new customer? So that I can get the 4.5%
Chase don't allow those who have previously closed all their accounts to rejoin them.

True EA entries are easy access savings accounts which can be opened, and pay the headline interest rate, with a minimum balance of no more than £10. These accounts allow unlimited withdrawals. The table includes accounts with time-limited bonus rates and accounts restricted to new customers - but excludes fee-charging accounts, accounts limited to smaller balances, and accounts only available via savings marketplaces. Instant True EA entries are those True EA accounts which advertise immediate deposit and withdrawals 24/7. Highlighted entries show changes since last time: blue for new entries, red for rate reductions, green for rate increases to the respective table.
I no longer check the forums as regularly as I used to. If you wish to catch my attention please remember to tag me (@ircE) so I get a notification.

Should the Ulster Limited Edition Saver now be on here? 4.5% var including a 2.75% fixed 1-year bonus on balances over £5k, available to all, immediate deposits and withdrawals. I assume the £5k threshold might be the issue.

Perhaps worth an 'honourable mention' listing under the table since for anyone with more than £5k it's probably the top choice unless they've not had a Chip account before.
