It took me a few attempts for the AI bot to realise I was indeed missing a payment and will “help further” later today.“ So, the interest earned on 24 July is indeed missing from your transaction list.
While interest is usually paid the next day, it can occasionally be delayed due to bank processing times. In some cases, if a payout is missed, the partner bank will bundle it into a future payment once the net interest reaches a certain threshold or the processing catch up.
Since today's payout was successful, the best thing to do is wait until tomorrow afternoon (27 July). Often, a missed payout will arrive alongside the next scheduled one. If you don't see two separate interest payments by then, please let me know and I'll be happy to help you further! “0
