Oxbury definition of a "new customer":

On Oxbury's web page for the respective product, if you scroll down to the Additional Information section, you will find the following criteria:

For the purposes of eligibility for this product, a new savings customer is defined as any individual that meets one of the following criteria:

• Has never previously opened a personal savings account with Oxbury Bank; OR
• Is an existing Oxbury customer who holds or has held only a lending product (e.g. a farm loan) and has never held a personal savings account with Oxbury Bank

I feel the above would be sufficiently clearcut for most; if it isn't in your case, you should probably ask them.
