Cahoot Simple Saver (Issue 10) @ 4.55% (NLA) dropping to 4.40% on 2nd December.
Yes just had the same message, real shame but suppose it is could be worse (and probably will be in months to come). This makes the Issue 10 AER the same as the Issue 11.

The Issue 9 is dropping from 4.41% to 4.26% on the same day.
So if on Issue 10, Cahoot is still the best place to instant access save now and likely come 2nd December onwards??

Yep! Don’t see any downside with Cahoot, aside from slight delays initially getting set up as a new customer……

3 months notice for rate drops.
True instant access, in and out.
    No penalties/restrictions.
Also, I have decided that Santander is very, very unlikely to go under so while I need a home for over £85,000 I am taking advantage of the interest rate (ISAs already max-ed out).
2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.

Slight delay….. Yes…. I applied on the 26 Aug 2025. I received the email with sort code & account number so I can add funds.
However, here I sit still waiting for the two letters with a temp password & security number that will allow me access.
Phone call to them on Monday.

Exactly my thoughts and how I’m taking advantage of the rate I moved my 85k plus out of Chase. Then I’ll see if Chase offer me a bonus once my current bonus ends and my account with them near emptied.

Just applied for a Cahoot Simple Saver 4.4% account. How long does it take for them to come back and open up the account?

Also am I allowed to also open up a cahoot Sunny Day Saver? Its possible to have the simple and the sunny? or not allowed?

I'm planning to move all my money from Atom (Which dropped down to 3.99% recently) to this.

As an existing customer the account was opened instantly, as a new customer I can't recall off the top of my head but I think I was fully set up within a week (including receiving a code in the post).

You can hold both accounts simultaneously.

Doesn't Cahoot have an app? When I search in Apple Store I get Santander and nothing in the ones following.

No app for Cahoot only online banking and telephone banking.
They are part of Santander bank.
Apparently some can access their cahoot via the Santander App but I’m not sure how that works and haven’t tried to myself.
