Has anyone with non-applied "13th" payments had their monies returned yet?
    No nothing yet.

Wouldn't it be better to continue this discussion in the regular saver thread, rather than this easy access one?

re Cynergy  My issue 68 which I didn’t get an email notification for is still showing 5.15% ie no rate reduction.
No rate reduction . . . . yet! Check again on 4 July.
Re Cynergy Issue 68, I didn't ever get an email about the rate reduction. 4 July has come & gone, and my account still shows 5.15% overall rate 🤷‍♂️
Issue 68 now showing 5% for me.
Just got the email from Cynergy reducing the rate on issue 68 to 5% as follows: "We recently reduced the interest rate on two issues of our Online Easy Access Account. One of these was issue 68 which relates to an account you hold. We have identified that you did not receive the notification about this, and therefore your rate was not changed. It will now change on 19 August 2024."

I appreciate it won't get a ranking but may be of interest:

Monument Bank: Monument – Easy Access Account is available via Raisin at 4.91% (£1k min).

    ETA:
Someone else mentioned this a while back but it hasn't yet been reflected in the no chat thread.

I messaged Saffron BS about their rates changes to NLA accounts & older issues and the reply I got this morning was..
All variable savings accounts will see their rate reduced on 30th August. You will receive letters or emails of this affect by 14th August to give you adequate notice of the change.
I assume they'll add drop by 0.25%, but would have been good to know today rather than wait for an email.
The ESaver20 drops by 2.5% as do most other NLA accounts if I remember rightly

Just found it. I searched in Google for

saffron building society variable savings rate guide august 2024

It comes up as a pdf file
I'm guessing the 2.5% reduction is a typo and should read as a 0.25% reduction?

I can't find the document you refer to, but I don't mind waiting for the email.

Monzo are reducing their interest rate:

"To reflect recent changes, on 20 August 2024, we’ll lower the interest rate for Personal and Joint Instant Access Savings Pots and Instant Access Cash ISAs from 4.10% AER (variable) to 3.85% AER (variable)."
