I opened a new one yesterday, intending to close the old one on 6 April. Can you switch from annual to monthly interest online (without human intervention)?

How did you apply, were you logged in and started the application from there?

    Cahoot
I've done both, logged in and not logged in.  The result is always the same - accounts open within couple of minutes and appear online immediately.  I have all accounts displayed on the same page, with the same login I've set up when opened my first Cahoot account.
