Cahoot Sunny Day Saver Issue 4 at 4.5% NLA

Replaced by Cahoot Sunny Day Saver (Issue 5) at 5% £3k max
Can you hold this in addition to a previous issue?  I hold the issue 1 @ 4.75%
Yes, you can have as many issues as you like simultaneously.
Yep I’ve been able to open the new issue last night and I have the previous issue with funds in. This has turned out very handy because I wasn’t enjoying a non true instant access account for funds over the £3k.
    Cahoot
    Sunny Day Saver
I phoned & CS says you cant't have simultaneous issues.
They said the system will allow you to open multiples, but Santander could write informing you of a rule violation and requesting any duplicates to be closed.
    The T's&C's state:-
You can have a maximum of two cahoot Sunny Day Saver accounts – one in your sole name and one that you hold jointly with someone else.

Thanks for info - I guess I will open the new one at 5% as it's better than the 4.75% one I have, then fund the new one with both at £3k and wait for them to ask me to close the old one.

    Yet.

    A letter from the future...

    Dear Pirates,
We have considered your appeal against non-payment of interest on two of your Sunny Day Saver accounts. We do not deny we accepted deposits of £3,000 in each of your three accounts, however we must point out that the maximum sum for these accounts is an illogical £2 million; the £3,000 figure is merely the maximum balance on which interest is paid. As the terms and conditions clearly state that interest on Sunny Day Saver deposits above £3000 is not payable, it matters not two hoots whether you have £9,000 or £900,000 of them. In short, we have you over a barrel. Would you like to complete a short customer satisfaction survey about your experiences with Cahoot?
            Thanks in advance,
             the Cahoot team.

I opened a new one yesterday, intending to close the old one on 6 April. Can you switch from annual to monthly interest online (without human intervention)?
