Hi @jaypers sorry to hear that, hope it arrives soon ... I made a withdrawal at about 08:30 today to my nominated Nationwide C/A from my Chip Cash ISA without issues.jaypers said:Chip - Tried making a withdrawal and it’s stuck in ‘processing’…..Got the email to say I’ve made a withdrawal and balance has dropped but no funds arrived. @soulsaver
Buckinghamshire BS Online Single Access Saver now 4.51% £100 £10k min. I seem to recall this was mentioned upthread but the change has now come into effect.
Also just a reminder today's the day that Family BS Market Tracker Saver drops from 4.5% to 4.32%, causing it to crash out of the top 10(ish)
EDIT: Buckinghamshire BS Online Single Access Saver has a min balance of £10k not £100. Thanks @mon3ysav3r

... well that's slightly worrying, but it's good that you've made us aware of this 'quirk' and that everything's OK.1 -

NB you can have more than £3K in it, it's just that interest is only payable on that slice.
I also have a previous issue but it's too much trouble for Cahoot to tell me which one on my online console.
So, do I simply close my current one and open this one?

Cahoot Sunny Day SaverI closed an old issue at the beginning of March after the 1Yr period. Closing the account is a PITA. You have to withdraw the funds yourself (so there is a zero balance) first, before they will close the account. The interest is then sent via a separate payment. I was told on the phone that this could take up to 2 days because "another department" deals with this, but in reality the interest turned up later the same day. You have to go through all sorts of security hoops to withdraw the balance over the phone, so it's better to do that online and then call up to get the account closed and liberate the interest.5
