That's what happens to 28 year old van especially when not driven (about 1500 miles in the year)5 -
He bought an old 2nd hand van in a private sale, took you to court (and failed), now he has had it for a year and it has failed an MOT and wants to take you to court again, (after failing to turn up twice previously himself) ...........OMG ....LOL.......he is making a right idiot of himself, but must give him 10 out of 10 for effort!!...he is like the Terminator!!
!!!
He must realise he stands absolutely no chance, and he is really just wasting his time, and trying to wind you up........could be a mini TV series in this....is Toby Jones free????
.."It's everybody's fault but mine...."5 -
Actually, I don't think this is good advice. I would keep everything he sends you just in case it is needed in the future. You never know where he might be going with his nonsense.0

Will be interesting to see if the court accept his claim or simply don't allow him to file one, unless its sufficiently different than the previous.0
