Great news for you Mandy.  :)

    Well done.
A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".

Hi all.   Well, almost a year to the day since I sold my van, yesterday I got a message from the buyer saying its failed its MOT and its costing him over £1,000 so he's taking me back to court and is Including the original complaint regarding the cam belt.   He says he's contacting the court ombudsman regarding the first claim.  I believe he should be contacting the garage that did the MOT last, I don't understand why he's going after me again it feels personal  ..I'm not a mechanic or a welder. So here we are again.
He also said he's sent the court a copy of a post i put on my group after the court decision, and said in his text 'I bet you wish you hadn't posted that now'....
The post was to my many friends who'd been supporting me it just said' to those who know what happened with my being taken to court for a cam belt that wasn't due to be changed, the claimant failed to attend for the second time so the case was struck out, hopefully I can put this all behind me now'.
Any suggestions,  should I reply or ignore? Thank you.

I'm no expert but I don't think he claim again for the same thing. He'd have to pay to ask for the original judgement to be set aside first and I don't think he'd succeed with that.

He didn't turn up? I do see how the Ombudsman is going to help him.

As Nobbie says above, this guy's clearly got problems. Report it as harassment and see what the police suggest.
