Happy birthday, f0xh0les.
My plans didn't quite work out. I think I might have an infection, Not sure if it's in my chest or lung but I'm seeing the asthma specialist tomorrow so hopefully he'll sort it out. It does hurt, though and I can't stop coughing.
However, I did get the washing done. Didn't get it all hung out though as someone had decided to avail themselves of my washing line.
Early bed for me tonight, I think. xxxHave adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.7 -

Thanks everyone for the congrats on reaching my deposit savings target. I am grateful that it is possible for me to save a lot at the moment, and this is due to friends basically taking me in in March and allowing me to stay with them for very little rent. They have just managed to buy a house and want to pay it forward, and I know that without their help it would take so much longer for me to save, so I'm super grateful but have to say I feel a little ashamed to be accepting their help but I try to do lots in return and I know I'd help someone out in the same way should they need it, so I'm trying not to focus on the negatives.
No NSD today as needed veggies. No exercise was done, but I did 20k steps walking around town yesterday, will try going to the gym tomorrow and take it easy (cough still very chesty but I think I will go mad if I don't at least try some light exercise)Student loan £5655

That's fab news, thriftylass! What a relief.Today I am grateful for having 2 lovely builders in the house, for Pip taking himself out for a few hours, for remembering to put a duvet cover up as a dust screen before too much of it got all through the house, for reduced items for tea, for 85% chocolate and strong coffee.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!6

Quite achy this morning from all the gardening I did over the weekend, so gave yoga a miss. Did my Norwegian & made dinner for today & tomorrow.
Work went ok, quite a few needing 1st aid, though not as many as Friday! I was the only one to do it, as the janitor was on his dinner break & the other ladybugs off on a Monday. Dropped things off at a friend's to donate to a jumble sale.
Did my 100 skips, then after tea my brother phoned & I altered the waistband & leg length on the suit trousers.
Grateful for the sun coming out, one suit is finished, another 2 customers getting in touch & some free basil seedlingsUse it up, wear it out
Make do or do without!

I lost track of my NSDs a bit, also there were some unplanned spends like a junior gym membership for DD and tickets to a small open air event.
Otherwise still pretty much on track financially.
The phone saga continues though as the post now lost my replacement SIM it seems and I have to wait another 3 days for a replacement. Scared to open my works email once I can back in.DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/256 -

Felt much better this morning and the Asthma Specialist gave me a really good examination. No infection. Just a cough which is going around and the pain is muscular probably caused by the examination by the breast physician which was quite aggressive (I don't mean that in a bad way. I just can't think of another word to describe it). Asthma plan has a way to go but it 's working out better than expected.
We had an unexpected visit from Himself's friend. A lovely man. Haven't seen him in ages. He was just passing and decided to pop in on the off chance that we would be here.
Another hospital appointment tomorrow and then Himself has promised to take me for lunch all being well. xxxx
