TSB £160 + other perk switch offer 23/5/24-24/6/24

Received £5 today. But not £15. I'm assuming they pay it in two parts. The terms and conditions state that it can be paid between the 8th and 20th of each month. I think everyone gets the £5 for opening a new account. But you get £15 if you also switch as well. So hopefully the additional £10 will arrive soon.
The fact that I have received the initial £5 indicates that I have made the required 20 debit card payments in August.0 -
I think you’ve got your switches mixed up. This one is the £10 a month.Got my £5 as it’s the 8th. Looks like it’s a waiting game for the second £5 like last month. Last month was the 13th, so hopefully by the end of the week.0

Anyone had their Quidc o payment paid or even confirmed on this yet?.Mine shows as tracked but seems stock on the processing bit.0

Still showing as just tracked for me (from early June) with "Sorry for the delay. We are still waiting on the retailer to process your cashback."
I see payment speed is noted as 'less than 3 months' on the TSB Quidco page so I've popped in a query.0 -

As a way of guidance on TCB it took just under 6 months for it to be paid on the Jan switch offer (paid July) there were a few of us paid around the same time.

Reply from Quidco - looks like most folks are affected..Thank you so much for your message. I am really sorry to hear the TSB Spend & Save Current Account cash back is not yet paid. Please know we do not want this for our members and we do everything we can in order to get the funds for you as soon as possible.
I can see at the moment the cash back is pending the approval and funds from the retailer. They have gone past their estimated payment date which I do understand is frustrating as I have a few delayed on my account at the moment also.
Please be assured we are doing our upmost to obtain these funds for you as soon as we can from the retailer and our dedicated claims team will re chase this for you to try and get you an update as soon as possible.0 -
I just got email about an extra fiver a month if I pay in £750 per month October, November and December 👍0
