They are refusing to pay either my switching bonus or the second £10 per montyh citing the fact the the t+c's said you have to have 2 direct debits transferred over.

I cannot find this condition anywhere - have I missed this one?

I'd ask them to quote exactly which term(s) they think require you to transfer 2x DDs as a part of the switch. As far as I can see there are none...

Yep I got the £100 and am getting the £10pcm with no DDs and just the 20 transactions.

Ditto no DD’s when I switched. Got the switch bonus and 2 months £10 bonus for the 20 card transactions

Ditto, no direct debits and I've had the bonus. Same for my husband.
