I’m glad I’m not the only one seeing this, I thought I had made a mistake and not triggered the criteria somehow. Just be patient I guess hopefully will resolve itself!
EDIT: Just called them it can be paid any time between now and the 20th of the month if it hasn’t come in by the 20th need to call on the 21st to query it3 -
Does £800 need to be paid into the account every month to keep getting the bonus £10 for the 20 debit card transactions?

To be fair to them. If you check the T&C’s

They mention the £5 payments may occur on different dates. So just a waiting game till the 20th.But also got them both on the 8th last month.0 -
Good point - I think they just got us all conditioned to expecting it at the same time because of last month1

Had expected it on the 8th this month. However received a text just now advising they had paid £5 reward.

Had a bizarre phone call with the switcher team today. The agent kept insisting I didn't qualify for the incentive as the switch required 2 direct debits (and one debit card payment - not 5, as I pointed out). I pulled up the archived terms and went through them with her. She apparently had different terms on her side (!!???). I double-checked it was the offer which commenced on 23 May .
I was escalated to the complaints team, where the agent started her conversation by saying she had to manage my expectations - that is, she had sided with the first agent without even listening to a word of my complaint!
I have now emailed a full complaint to the executive team0 -
Wow - as you say the terms are clear and that sounds like a pretty poor attitude from the complaints team! Would be interesting to hear how you get on.0

Just received my second £5 for August.5
