We eventually were able to use our hotel stay offer in November last year. I had to request a new booking code as the old one expired. The choice of hotels changes regularly and the hotel we were eyeing from the link here was not on the list anymore. The code we received on 03 November had the expiration date 20th of February. It gave us free room only booking, no breakfast included. For comparison, on booking dot com, the hotel was offering rooms for about 80GBP for the same date.

Glad you managed to get it sorted @Emily_Joy - I got my voucher but it's going to expire next month and seems unlikely I'll manage to use it. Unfortunately as you say the properties change about a bit and only being able to book a couple of weeks in advance makes things tricky, esp when it turns out quite a few properties have restrictions around which days of the week they accept bookings!
