    Still waiting for my 15 days to pass before TSB contact me about my complaint / query asking why I have neither received switching bonus or monthly £5 reward topup to £19 for over 20 debit card purchases. I was told they have a 15 day policy with regards to complaints.

    Thank you for replies and documents confirming no direct debits needed.

    Me. Received the £100 switch bonus plus two months so far at £10 reward. No DD's switched across and none set up on account since opening. Topcashback has also tracked.

     As i understand it the bonus of £100 gets paid between October 15th and 25th

    Still awaiting my Top cash payment for £20. Tracked on the 26 May and third £500 paid in on 1 August to meet their criteria.  However double rewards being made but that is the TSB side of things.
