I really need to keep up to date with this thread this time. I seem to be spending loads when i go to waitrose, i need to educate myself to just use Tesco online so that i'm not tempted to throw things i don't need in my basket :o

Please whoever it is upstairs to make me not buy comfort food :o

Am I really obsessive for waiting until after 11pm to go make more soup stock from today's roast chicken? I've already stripped it and have enough for a sweet & sour, curry or stir fry tomorrow :)
I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

  • Can i join this challenge too please?

We have enough food to last us this week (apart from bread and milk at the end). Then we are away skiing for 1 week so only really have 15th onwards to deal with.

So my challenge is £150 for this month, should be more than do-able although will need a big shop when we get back from hols.
