Car Parking Claim Form How to Proceed

Hi friendly MSe users,
This is my first post so bear with me if I don’t get it right.
I booked a car park with just park in Manchester.
With directions I set out and drove to the designated car park.
Parked for the duration and left well before time.
I then got home and a few weeks later I found I had a parking invoice (call it as it is) from SIP Car Parking Limited.
Since I knew I had paid for the parking, I sent a letter based on a template I got from MSE forum.
Saying I would not name the driver and they got it wrong because I paid through just park.
They then responded and said they did not operate with the Just Park App.
Anyway, I ignored their correspondents since then.
But now I have a claim letter with fine of £100, £60 debt damage costs, £35 court fee.
Also realised after looking into it further, that around a big wall round the corner very close by there is another car park.
Which you can’t see as you approach the first car park and shares the same post code which uses the just park app.
Of course, I don’t intend to ignore a court.
Please advise how to proceed.
The address of the claim is 10th May 2024, so I need to act fast.
Thank you in advance.

By the way I did not say, I had paid through just park. I said the car park had been paid through Just Park0

Post a redacted picture of the claim form, no personal information, so redact the name and address, the claim reference number, the VRM and the MCOL password, leaving the rest on show

I am going to assume that the Issue Date on your Claim Form is 10th May 2024. Please confirm. With a Claim Issue Date of 10th May, you have until Wednesday 29th May to file an Acknowledgment of Service, but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 12th June 2024 to file your Defence. That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -

Yes correct the issue date is 10th May 2024.
I will not be delaying I will file an Acknowlegment of Service, in the morning.
So I can only file the Acknowlegment of Service and then their website becomes Read Only?
Thank you

For you, yes.
Do NOT do anything else on MCOL.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It does not become read only, but you treat it as read only, by only doing the AOS there and never doing anything else on there except checking your claim history, like looking at your bank statement online, no input, just read on any subsequent login, usually just to check the progress
Its email ONLY once the AOS is done online2 -

Seems a very short set of words to describe the relevant land and the date of the event. What exactly does that line say (no need to redact that bit).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
