I want to send off this form thanks.
Remember that checklist you were once following when you filed a Defence?

Items 9 and 10 on that list tell you exactly what to do with the completed Directions Questionnaire.

We don't know what D1 is but if it's about the case being heard 'on the papers' without a hearing, that is always a flat NO.
Sorry for the confusion, yes it is the one on the papers
    N180 Form - April 23 - Guidance Provided
"D1 = I am not content for the case to be heard 'on the papers".

I will send it on the same email as I did with my Defense.

    Thank you very much

    No, don't do that.

Send it to the email address stated in that checklist you were once following - remembering to send a copy to the Claimant.

And how many times do you need reminding on how to spell Defence?

Hi KeithP, sorry just saw this, thank you very much.
Now, I have been going round and round in circles trying to find the checklist.
As you say KeithP, I had followed when I was filling a defense, which is true.
But not sure what I am missing, do you mind sending me a link, please.

I remember it being a very useful set of dates and email addresses to send.
    Thank you

No link required. My signature tells you how to click straight to page one, from any thread.

The above is a sticky thread pinned at the top of the forum (next to the NEWBIES thread).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

    Thank you coupon-mad.
    You are right
The only issue here is that because people ask questions instead of starting their own thread.
As you guys advise numerous times.
The page is pushed right to the end so you end up looking at page 6 (currently).
You miss the actual template on page 1.
When I went to page 1 I found it.
