Hi all,
Thank you for all your help.
Everything went as well as could be and yes we came to figure lower than the £195.
I agreed to make the payment wthin 30 days.
However they have not sent me a link to make a payment as agreed.
I have been in touch with the mediator twice to request this.
They keep telling the mediator have sent me an email with payment details, but they have not.
My 30 days is getting closer.
What do I do now?1 -
Post SIP a cheque.
Or 'pay a PCN' on their website.
Why would you need a link?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I don't have a cheque book.Coupon-mad said:Post SIP a cheque.

I have gone to the 'pay a PCN' as you suggested.
Entered PCN that was sent
However, it is coming up with the old figure before our agreement.
They are the ones who had requested my details so they could send me the agreed amount, for me to make the payment.
That is what they asked the moderator.0 -
Why not just get a Postal Order? Makes me laugh that my kids don't even know what one is but this is a perfectly normal way to pay:

Thanks @Coupon-mad and @KeithP.
One of the things I have noted on the forum, is that we should send emails rather than Post to these companies.
Is that not applicable when sending a cheque?

My understanding was that they did not acknowledge mail sent to them by post.
