I have sent it now and I have confirmation. However I have missed out on a date when I am not available. How do I add that?

Thanks, how do I add a supplementary? Or is the replacement a better option. Though as you say hoping they add it

I would email a replacement but in the body of the email point out that the only change is to blank out dates from dd/mm/yy to dd/mm/yy.
Remembering to send a copy to the Claimant.

    Hi,
I emailed my N180 document last week.
I got a confirmation email from the court.

However it has not been updated on Money Claim Online.
Do I need to do anything?

Hi, I now have confirmation of mediation.
Please advice on how I should be prepared.
In the email attachement there is a section that it says there will be 5 stages?

I refer to the first two stages of the document

Your mediation appointment will be conducted in 5 stages as set out below.

Stage one: Introduction: The mediator will introduce herself/himself and verify that you have read and understand the mediation process.

Stage two: Clarifying each parties position: It is crucial that you are able to briefly and accurately explain your claim or defence. It is vital that you have prepared for the mediation by putting together a brief summary of your opening position. Only the key points are necessary at this stage as the longer the time taken discussing the disputed issues will reduce the time available for exploring settlement options.

Yes.  When you are at claim form stage v a PPC you defend. Regardless of merit.  As you came here with a court claim, we are advising you what to do to respond to it and how to avoid paying in full.

You probably should have paid this PCN and nor ignored them after they pointed out you'd paid for a different car park. Too late now. We are at claim defence stage.

If I were you, I would agree to Mediation when you get your DQ this Summer, and be ready to make an offer to settle for maybe £40 and see where that gets you.

That covers the claim filing fee and their minor automated admin, and the missing parking fee you should have paid to park in THAT car park.  They won't accept £40 but it opens the discussion and it will be damage limitation.  Make it clear to the Mediator that you will not pay the imaginary £60 'debt damage costs' which the DLUHC Minister called 'extorting money from motorists'.
As a reminder to the regulars, even though this one isn't subject to compulsory Mediation I posted the above advice a few weeks back.

Unusual case. Make an offer, like I said.

    Hi @Coupon-mad,
    Thanks for your response
    I remember what you said.

Just asking what I should be aware of i.e will it be a case of.
Hello Mediator, this is what I am offering.
I will not pay the imaginary £60 debt.

Will the negotiations happen all on one day and are completed then?

In other words what should I expect on the day that's what I am asking.

    Thanks
