yes, it has my name and address. the claimant is a private company, recently I have won a case against them. another is ongoing at the court stage. this is the third one but I don't know how these charges have occurred as I did not receive any correspondence about it.KeithP said:Does the Claim Form have your name and address on it?

You need to be aware that those Particulars of Claim are totally inadequate.
Nowhere in those Particulars is there any explanation of what the driver is alleged to have done wrong.
This will be an easy win.
