Those Particulars leave a lot to be desired.

Or to put it another way...

You need to be aware that those Particulars of Claim are totally inadequate.

Nowhere in those Particulars is there any explanation of what the driver is alleged to have done wrong.

This will be an easy win.
thank you for your hopeful comments. is there similar case in here that can help me lay out my defence ?
Any Gladstones one.  All the same.

And we expect you've already reviewed the Template Defence and spotted the linked alternative version for cases with poorly pleaded POC with no breach specified.

    Already in the Template.

Didn't receive original pcn you may wish to support this and check your address is correct on V5C.

So many people don't receive 1st/2nd pcn but the £170 payment due letter often manages to drop through letter boxes. PPCs always claim their letters were sent though offer no evidence to prove this. A letter's issue date is not it's sending date nor does it prove the letter was sent.

Since PPCs CHOOSE NOT to provide evidence of their posting date and delivery we must continue to press gov to ensure they do. Please sign/share these petitions.

Thanks. Hope it's a win for you at court.

    Hi,

Please I need your advice urgently.

I have got the court letter today but dated 5th of September!
The deadline to submit all evidences and witness statement was today by 4 pm. There was very little time for me to do it. I could not complete it.

Can I send it by post instead, would that be acceptable?
Or should I just rely on my Defence and take all original copies of my evidences to the court?

    many thanks

    Do it by email tonight.

Then call the local court tomorrow to see if the case has been discontinued.
