I've asked for this to be moved to the parking forum.
Yes, you are too late to appeal so you do not need to respond to anything till you get a formal letter before claim, with standard reply form and 30-day limit
They have until 20274 -
You have told us nothing about the alleged parking events.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.3 -
As KeithP said. Ignore it but tell us more.Phantom1234 said:Hi I have received these 2 letters from dcbl and I am wondering what to do as people have told me to ignore but I feel a little worried and would like some advice

Yes sorry new to this
I parked my vehicle in a pub car park to go to the shops and read the sign stating 1 hr free parking
I removed my vehicle 10 mins after the dead line
I have not communicated with any letters from the start and now I have started receiving these letters from dcbl saying they are sending bailiffs round ccj threats and quite scared now as it looks like it’s escalating further
thank you0 -
Do not attempt to guess as to who could have been driving, never use terms like I parked, she parked he parked, uncle, aunt, dad, mother, friend and so onFrom the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"2 -
It does not say that at all, in fact it says quite the opposite: "This case is not subject to High Court or Bailiff action".Phantom1234 said:....... Hi every one that has commented on my thread I have an update I received a letter today I was just wondering what everyone’s thoughts are and should I contact them back ?

You have been asked questions that you have still not answered, such as which PPC. You have redacted the information we need and so it is difficult to assist if you persist dong this.
You have obviously not read the Newbies/FAQ thread that tells you to ignore any and all debt collector letters. They are powerless to do anything except scare low-hanging fruit on the gullible tree into paying into the scam.
DCBL can "recommend to their client" that you be hung, drawn and quartered or put forward as a nominee for a Nobel Prize. It matters not one iota what they "recommend". Ignore them. They are not a party to whatever contract you allegedly breached with the PPC. Please stop posting us photos of useless debt collector letters.
If/when you receive a real Letter of Claim, go back and re-read the second post of the Newbies/FAQ thread which tells you how to identify the difference between a fake LoC and a real one and then follow the instructions in there.
If you follow those instructions carefully and use the Template Defence, you should end up seeng your username in lights in this thread:DCB LEGAL RECORD OF PRIVATE PARKING COURT CLAIM DISCONTINUATIONS
