Hi I have received these 2 letters from dcbl and I am wondering what to do as people have told me to ignore but I feel a little worried and would like some advice

I've asked for this to be moved to the parking forum.

Yes, you are too late to appeal so you do not need to respond to anything till you get a formal letter before claim, with standard reply form and 30-day limit

    They have until 2027

You have told us nothing about the alleged parking events.

The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.

As KeithP said.  Ignore it but tell us more.

    Yes sorry new to this
I parked my vehicle in a pub car park to go to the shops and read the sign stating 1 hr free parking
I removed my vehicle  10 mins after the dead line
I have not communicated with any letters from the start and now I have started receiving these letters from dcbl saying they are sending bailiffs round ccj threats and  quite scared now as it looks like it’s escalating further
    thank you

Do not attempt to guess as to who could have been driving, never use terms like I parked, she parked he parked, uncle, aunt, dad, mother, friend and so on

It does not say that at all, in fact it says quite the opposite: "This case is not subject to High Court or Bailiff action".
