Why not just email it like I just posted in your duplicate thread?  All the CNBC email addresses are provided for you in the Template Defence thread already.

ii cannot use any links you  have sent  i cant get any templates or log in to money claim this is so frustrating i just cant get to send an acknowledment 
iv tried on my lap top other phones but cant do it

Are you maybe struggling to find your way back
to 1st page?
At the top and bottom of every page there is a statement :

Home > Motoring > Parking tickets fines and parking (the words in bold are in a white box)

Click on the white box to go back to 1st page.

Top of 1st page there are 7 Announcements (blue box)
The 3rd is Template defence click and scroll down to find list of addresses in a black box (from KeithP). You'll see the 1st address is for AOS.

Click Parking tickets fines and parking again to leave and return to 1st page.

Thank you nelly moser I have found the black box and have the email 
my next question is do I send a personal email  to this address 
by just typing I acknowledge 
and put my claim number ion the email 
or do I have to say anything specific?
im getting there slowly

I've never completed AOS so can't help you there.
If your own computer skills are limited is there a family member or friend that could help you with this.
Have you read the reply posts on your other thread? (though i wouldn't post anything further on that thread stick to posting on this one).
