I have no idea why you cannot find this...

That's the only mention of the word dropbox in the whole of the second post of the NEWBIES thread.

Tell us when you've done the AOS but that's not your only task. You then defend (attachment to an email; not using the paperwork you were sent).

Hi coupon mad sorry about the late reply I have had a lot of issues getting online I was told previous I have until the 18th September to to file an acknowledgment of service I will do this tomorrow 
I’m struggling with the templates cabs I do this acknowledgment of service by filling in the claim form that was sent or do you advise I email this 
Also which box do I tick 
I intend to defend all claim
inintend to defend part claim
inintend to contest jurisdiction 
 thank you

When you clicked on that link I gave you, did you see something similar to that in your 31 August at 11:20PM post?
If so, please re-read the guidance I gave you at that time.

hi to all that have posted
 i have until tomorrow i have been told to present my acknowledment of service    
i havent done this because i am so confused on how to find templates and some links dont work either its computer or lack of brains with computers
my issue date was 28th august 2024
im so stressed out and dont know what to do
iv created an account with money claim .gov to send my acknowledgment and now the claim number and  the password provided on my claim dont work together
iv had no email of money claim when i registered with a password
i just cant get any where 
shall i just ring the courts number tomorrow
