The Nightmare continues

I've been asked what that pile on wood on our drive was meant to be, well a BillyOh Village Hall Log cabin of course. You can see Kybotech's version at their website (prodID=9010)
We have currently got all the underfelt on the roof and barge boards for the main roof (there will be roofing tiles to go on the felt, we have put some on the back to practice)
I'm now on the case of the "georgian window" effect (the crosses inside the window that divides the window into six). I stood them inside the windows today to see how they look. But these peices are so badly cut they don't actually fit into the window properly and I really can't be bother to recut the ends of each piece (36 cuts in total) so I'm hoping that we don't like them.
Oh and did I say that two of the doubled glazed sealed window units have to go back as they have been badly made. Kybotech have promised them in three week, watch this space...

aaaahhh help i am panicking now!!!!! i ordered a shed from garden buildings and got an e-mail today to say delivery would be 21 - 26 days not the 7 to ten quoted. phoned to cancel and was told would have to e-mail cancellations, (which i have done this morning)
having read posts on here am now terrified i may end up with no shed and no refund
please help as buying this shed used all my savings (not much to most people but a lot to me)
has anyone had any experience of just getting a refund?? is there anything i can do to speed this up as i desperately need my money back to purchase a shed from elsewhere
Thanks!!!0 -
as an update to my last post i called garden buildings to check on the cancellation. they confirmed the order had been cancelled and refund was in progress
i then recieved an e-mail confirming this and saying money would be returned within 2 -3 working days, fingers crossed will keep you posted!!!!0 -

Did you pay by credit card? If so and they don't pay up you can just go to your CC company and do a chargeback, giving your email as evidence.Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
no i dont have a credit card so i paid on a debit card. to be honest if i hadnt read these posts then so far i wouldnt be overly worried as they havnt done anything wrong they have done what they said they would do

That's the whole point of this thread - an unbiased statement of how things happened....
Anyone else had a good experience with them yet?I am a cow so cannot speak Bullshine but I do recognise its smell when I come upon it.0 -
Having just bought a greenhouse and had problems with the 1st one the glazing could not be fitted to the frame, poor quality control and management. Reaonably quickly exchanged. The second one had to be disassembled and reassembled to allow glazing to fit obvious lips preventing assembly, poorquality control and management. The wooden base was the same dimensions as the greenhouse no allowance for the thickness of the wood, poor management. I emailed them, and because of no response, wrote to them saying the concept was a good one but the workmanship was rubbish and that their management and quality control was rubbish. No acknowledgment of letter never mind a response.0
