I am afraid I would have to agree about KYBOTECH. I will not bore everyone with the details. Briefly reported faulty shed on day of delivery, 45+ days later still waiting for replacement after 24 e-mails and phone calls. Eventually they agreed to a replacement, arranged a delivery date and did not turn up. I asked for a refund and for the rubbish shed to be collected. This was finally agreed. I have ordered another shed direct from Waltons and paid for it. then received an e-mail today to say Kybotech are delivering another shed. I am waiting for them to refund my money. I do not want another one.

Their customer service is appalling and the shed was the worst quality I have ever seen, full of holes, badly made and cheap wood.

I would suggest you pay a little extra and avoid this company at all costs.

Update...... Delivery for 6th march (friday) lets see if alls well tommorow!!!

Recevied on 6th march as planned and there was no damages to the boxes and all the contents were there, i have put it up and its ok so i have no complaints here, i even contacted there customer services via email and they got back to me within 2-3 hours so i am generally happy with this. Maybe this company has got better i will leave you to decide

Looks like i was a lucky customer as i have not had any problem, but never the less i wont be using the company again, thanks to everyone who posts otherwise we will never know about these companys. Basically this company has about 25% satisfied customers (at most) now i know i would rather buy off a company that had at least 90% satisfaction, so stick to your local gardening shop or outdoor shop miles better than these.

I bought a log cabin from Kybotech, about 2K cheaper than from the garden centres, it was delivered on time, very neatly unloaded onto the concrete slab and very well erected. Delivery guy very polite and helpful, blokes putting it up very tidy and speedy.
(Even though both teams came from Norfolk to the South Coast during the night to do the delivery and construction..) Shame they are getting bad press on this forum.

Sorry but plants don't work, you should already know this from previous attempts that were caught out so easily.

All you have succeeded in doing is bumping up the warning about them. Nice try though, but your fooling NOBODY!

Erm - I am just an ordinary punter who did a search on Kybotech when it came up on the invoice for the log cabin. And look what I found, the 2 or 3 % unhappy customers having a cracking rant!!

I guess the company has improved over the last couple of years - get over it.

Nick_i - if you are so happy with your service why did you post on a thread that will generate more posts and keep the complaints thread near the top of the Google list. This thread is currently third on the list when I search for Kybotech using Google.

Having looked at MSE, are you considering browsing the rest of the forums? I think you will enjoy it here, try the Old Style Board, they are very friendly, and the green fingered board is ideal for anyone interested in gardening.

btw, how many posters post just once or twice on a thread in the Vent board and then are never heard again - does anyone have any figures?
