I think that we are all interested in your post. Perhaps you can help some more?
- What made you sign up to MSE ?
- Had you looked at MSE before you made the purchase?
- How much did the tongue and groove 7x3 bike sheds cost you?
- Was delivery included?

Hi Spammy, saw this thread and loads of other negative stuff after I had used my business debit card to pay 359 notes to Waltons - I normally checkout new suppliers on t'internet but what can wrong with a shed?. Seems I got away with it this time but joined and posted in case someone else had a similar experience. Now I'm registered I hope to contribute on a wide range of stuff such as how to avoid Tesco car park fines etc. etc.
Oh and the delivery was the free next day service.0 -

All parts, including felt and "free" treatment present, assembly required some trimming but otherwise OK and sheds look absolutely fine now erected - not bad for the price. I was considering a log cabin at about 1/3 of the price found locally but will now visit Waltons in person with a flat bed to personally select and collect if I decide to buy. Cheers, Vox
Sorry to cramp your style, I would advise you stick to threads about "Tesco parking policies" or maybe even browsing the "freebies" section, who knows, you might even find yourself posting something a little more convincing to the general public:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

I'm glad you had excellent service from WALTONS. But why are you posting this on the KYBOTECH thread. Waltons is NOT Kybotech. The Walton family sold the company some years ago. Kybotech are a completely separate company and their antics have been widely documented on here.0 -
I am confused as I see that Charles Walton is Managing Director at Kybotech (LinkedIn)
Also, SAPPER786 reports on a web site (http://www.reviewcentre.com/r153236_4_Waltons_16_x_10_488x305m_Walto.html) that:-
"I have had the misfortune to have dealt with Kybotech first hand. Once for a 'Walton' shed (that I regret, both with the experience I had with getting hold of the correct parts and the build quality) and a set of garden furniture - which I subsequently cancelled due to excess charges for delivery"
DEVLIN, can you confirm that WALTONS is not KYBOTECH?I am a cow so cannot speak Bullshine but I do recognise its smell when I come upon it.0 -
I can confirm that Charles Walton is Not WALTON Garden Buildings. The Walton family sold the Waltons business. Charles set up Kybotech several years ago originally selling Waltons Sheds and expanded from there. [TEXT DELETED BY ABUSE TEAM] Charles is MD. The younger brother William is the Business Director.0

Thought I'd bump this back ttt. Another newbie (to the forum section of the site anyway) so I could be a Kybotech employee lol (no I'm really not though). I've ordered a bike shed from Gardens Direct and had an email from Kybotech about delivery. Actually thought the email itself might be a virus as I forgot that when I ordered the shed it said that 'Kybotech' would be on my bank statement.
Anyway, I ordered the shed a couple of days ago, I will post back on here what happens. Though after reading this thread (I googled Kybotech too) I'm not feeling too great about it tbh lol0 -
Just a quick update - had 3 emails a couple of days after ordering giving me updates on the order going for processing / something else / then last one saying delivery on Wed. Sure enough guy (1 bloke in plain white van)came to deliver the bike shed on Wednesday, so quick delivery. However, I was at work and our Doris was going to sign for it.
Now the not-so-good bits. The guy refused to either take the shed around the back of the house via a passage around next doors house as he said he's "not allowed to leave the van as another driver did this and a car bumped the van" eh!?!? and he also refused to put the shed into the house - yes 4 feet inside the front door, this because "another driver had done this and damaged the woodwork"!!!. He did however, after speaking to me on the phone agree to put it all into the garage so that was ok.
When I got home our Doris told me that when he got here he just started putting the stuff onto the driveway. When she went down he insisted he'd been ringing the doorbell even though Doris told him twice that she knew he hadn't as she was sat there and never heard it (it is really loud). I did think that he was just going to dump them and leave, but then they did need signing for so probably not (though why get them all out of the van if he didn't think anyone was in?)
Anyway, it's still all in the garage, looks ok and it damn well better be lol.0
