Kybotech reviews.. they have not posted my negative review, surprise surprise, makes one wonder if the good reviews are genuine.

2/10 (they lost points for not publishing an honest review) :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Is fiddling the reviews on their website legal?

Yes, it is legal, they can edit reviews if they want and they certainly do. As other forum member said, best writing reviews on other websites such as this.

It also appears that they are now selling some wooden buildings through Wilkinsons. If you check out their new catalogue you will see sheds including a very cheap one which appears to be supplied by Kybotech, check out the supplier code in the description, begins with KT, a sure give away. At least though, if you get problems with the product if you buy it through Wilkinsons, you have to deal with Wilkinsons customer service which on my own experience has been excellent if I have ever had a problem with goods brought from Wilkos.

  • Wise words diggerman123.

If only my Kyboshtech workshop shed was made of Swan Vestas and glue, how happy I would be - far better than the see-through stuff they sent me.
  • leftytoe,

Did you ever get sight of your feedback on the Kybotech website you purchased from? You probably didn't manage to spot it in amongst all those stars that cover their pages...............:rotfl:
  • Very disappointed to see that Kyboshtec are up to their usual tricks. It seems that now they have someone in management who knows a little bit on how the WWW works, they have linked Kybotech 'complaints' to their own web pages - well done! Of course this details how well they deal with their customers, blah, blah - the usual drivel! Just astonishing. They clearly monitor the main pages that show when 'Kybotech' is Googled. They try to make sure that only the good reviews (their web pages) come to the top so you cannot see further down when glancing through. They must be online for hours trying to move positive sites up the listings. I am of course not acusing anyone of unlawful practices, just try it yourself, see what I mean.
    Just Google 'Kybotech'...............................:T

Kybotech may well feel the need to manipulate their own forums, however they have a problem, the word "kybotech" typed into a google search will show this forum right thereon the first page, where "kybotech" have no methods of manipulating what negative or positive posts can be posted.

A prime example of how the desperate methods used by them on this very forum, seriously backfired, it was enough to convince me NEVER to do business with them, there is no telling of just how many other people were put off by it.

As for any potential customers, I know the majority of customers like to search for an "independent" review of a company before trading with them, they are less interested in the very own companies reviews as they are more likely to have a "biased" theme.

It is therefore inevitable, such researching customers will stumble onto this very forum, and might well be surprised not so much at the complaints, but the companies attempts to discredit them. Generally its enough to put anyone off, (customers rely a lot more on trust from a company).

    Dear All

I am really sorry that so many of you have had such a terrible time with Kybotech Ltd. I am no expert on forums but from reading the posts I realise that me posting will bump this site/thread/whatever it's called up the searches. Nonetheless, I just wanted to report that we ordered a trampoline and it arrived when it was meant to (Tuesday). It has since been erected and everything seems fine. We did order a Plum climbing frame at the same time. Apparently this comes directly from the manufacture and, following this thread (which scared me), we are checking they have our order.

I just wanted to balance out all the (understandably) negative posts with my, more positive, experience.

I have registered with MSE just to post this. I have absolutely no connection to the company but am all for fairness and balance. I did work as a manager at a large insurer and therefore know how it is to get endless negative feedback. It is nice sometimes to get some good feedback.

    Ok.

I didnt realise that Kybotech were Garden Buildings Direct. I have purchased a Billy Ho shed from them, it was the best price. However, I am now panicking and contemplating cancelling the order first thing in the morning.

    Advice please.:(

I ordered a summerhouse. There were a few bits missing but i rang them up and they sent them out no problem. just watch out when fitting the "safety glazing". The plastic scratches easily and is so thin and brittle that if you even look through it too hard it will almost crack. overall pretty pleased with what i got for the price. and the delivery guy was very helpful. so dont worry too much.
