Wish i had searched for this company before dealing with them.
Bought this: http://www.outdoortoysdirect.co.uk/Wooden-Playhouses/Mad-Dash-Lollipop-Tower
And it was delivered on time. So far so good....
But to cut a long story short, The parts list didn't list the size or number of parts i was supposed to have.
Parts were missing. And the instructions had different parts or parts would change size throughout it.
In the process of getting a full refund.

I really wish I'd have read these reviews before placing an order with these idiots.
I got dragged in by the "free next day delivery" statement. 5 days later and a huge phone bill calling their 0871... number, I have emailed them with a complaint and surprise surprise, they don't have an answer for any of my questions.
To$$ers :mad:0 -
Kybotech have the most appallingly incompent customer services. I ordered two storage boxes from them on 7th July and was assured of 2-5 working day delivery. They took money from my credit card immediately, I have since made eight telephone calls to 0871 telephone no and been given no information or misleading information or promises to ring me back with information (which never happened). The dozey female who took my telephone order recorded an incorrect telephone number for me - despite correcting this twice on the telephone and once by email, the incorrect address was still recorded on the delivery. Even ten minutes before the delivery actually arrived (10 working days later), I was told that no delivery had been arranged. They use the same two or three customer feedbacks on websites for every one of their numerous companies. They should not be in business. I will certainly never use them again.:mad:0

I have received and constructed a billy O bike shed from Kybotech.
I have to say that this has been the most unsatisfactory purchase that I have had the misfortune to make.
To suggest that a floor is optional is farcical.
The assembly of the shed would test the most capable of people
The quality of materials is appallingly poor;
· warped and split components,
· the cheapest possible grade of roofing felt which is not wide enough for the roof width,
· skimpily applied preservative(?)/stain with areas missing any treatment
· some components either too long or too short
The design of the shed results in a construction that is not structurally sound and, even though constructed in accordance with the manufacturers instructions, it can be distorted by light horizontal force at eaves level so that the doors do not fit consistently.
I will never purchase from this company again0 -

Was the shed advertised as being so? Otherwise, seems you have a case for returning for a refund?Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -

My experience exactly. Kybotech are saying it's my fault becasue we must have constructed it wrongly, even though I quoted the instructions to them in an email. Raining this morning and the thin little doors have warped so much you have trouble opening them. Absolute rubbish - I'm now having to spend money putting it right.
A friend also bought one last month and the wood was so knotted parts of the roof beam fell out and they had to purchase more wood for it.0 -
Well I wish I had read this first. I ordered a billy oh pressure treated overlap shed from gardenbuildingsdirect.co.uk on saturday 22nd Oct.
After receiving many 'we are processing your order' emails, I finally received confirmation of a delivery date by text message on the 1st of November. Oddly they had scheduled my delivery for between 6am and 7pm on a Saturday, rather nice of them to bump it up to a Saturday delivery wasn't it.
Well Saturday came, i got up early and waited. and waited. and waited. made sure someone was available for the full 13 hours - but the shed never did appear and obviously with it being a Saturday there was no way to contact Kybotech.
So we get to this morning - I decided to try the live help feature of the website at 08:30 this morning. absolutely no response or sign that my message had been received even though I stayed logged in and reposted it 3 times in half and hour.
So on to the phone at 9:15, Speak to a nice lady called Laura. "The shed is showing as delivered… going to chase up with delivery team and call back."
Laura did return my call at 10:15. The delivery team claim to have delivered the shed at 6am Saturday morning. They left the shed in alleyway and put a delivery card through the door. I pointed out that I was awake at 6am. No card had been put through the door and no shed has been found down the alleyway. They claim to have a photo from delivery driver of the shed left in alley and will get back to me when it has come through to them.
after waiting another hour and fretting over what would happen if the shed had been stolen from my doorstep I decided to phone back at 11:20. Spoke to somebody else this time whose name I did not get. He had the gall to suggest I needed to be more patient.
I asked to be put through to somebody in charge. I was put on hold before the same person came back a few minutes later and told me the driver would attend to show were the shed had been left and provide evidence of delivery. (at this point I was basically being made to feel like the company would not take responsibility as they had ‘proof of delivery’.)
I asked again to speak to a supervisor
Spoke to Stephen, head of customer services. Stephen.sparrow@kybotech.co.uk
Steven informed me that the delivery driver would return to the site of delivery to look for the shed. Apparently he has photos of where the shed was left, and of him putting a card through the door. Their assumption is that the shed has been left at an incorrect address and the driver can verify this when he returns. I asked for an ETA, Stephen said they were unable to provide one. I asked for a call back as soon as they had spoken to the delivery company. Stephen said this would not be possible. I asked how the delivery driver would be able to find my house if he was unable on Saturday morning, I was not given a response.
I pointed out that even if the shed had been delivered to my address, and had been stolen, this would be classed as an unsuccessful delivery as per their own T&C’s as no signature was obtained. Therefore it is Kybotech’s responsibility to solve the issue. Stephen agreed and suggested that a new shed would be delivered if the original was not recovered.
I pointed out that I had wasted 13 hours waiting for the shed on Saturday, and was now wasting another day trying to sort it all out. I also pointed out that I would not be able to take another day’s holiday, or waste another Saturday to wait for a shed that may or may not appear. I also pointed out that I would not agree to a delivery at a time I was not home as there is no secure location to leave the shed.
I asked to be emailed the photographic evidence of the delivery but also pointed out that it did not affect the situation as no signature or permission to leave in an unsecure place was given to the delivery driver.
I received email from Stephen: Mon, Nov 7, 2011 at 11:39 AM
"Dear XXXXXXX,
Further to our telephone conversation today, firstly may I apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused.
Please find attached photographs received from the delivery company.
My colleagues are currently sorting out the driver returning and delivering a building for you,
Kind regards
Stephen Sparrow"
So I email back:
"Hi stephen,
As suspected, the photo does not show my house
I have attached a google screenshot showing where my house is on
XXXXX street and a picture of the house.
google, and most satnavs, will send people directly to my house."
Still no response for the next 2 hours, but I have been trying to find the house where the shed was left using google street view. I do find it and email Stephen again to provide details of the house the shed was left at and ask for an update. Turns out they got the house number correct, just not the street name or postcode!! The shed is at a house 3/4 of a mile away, so even though these sheds are advertised as easy to transport I really need them to deliver.
I receive no response and no shed so i phone for an update again at 4:15pm and am put on hold for 8 minutes. decide to email stephen again
"Emailed again Mon, Nov 7, 2011 at 4:34 PM
Stephen.
I have just tried to phone for an update on this situation. The automated machine informed me the queue was less than 2minutes long. I understand this is only approximate but after waiting 8 minutes there was still no answer.
It is approaching 5 hours since the last communication I received from you and I had really hoped you would have provided an update on the situation by now.
Has the delivery driver returned to 7 XXXXXXXX road to see if he can reclaim the building?
What will happen next?
Please contact whoever it is you use for delivery and clarify exactly what is going on - then straight away phone or email me with an update.
I am now at 2 days and counting on wasted time waiting for this shed. Whilst some of the customer service I have received was good (Laura seemed genuinely helpful), other elements have been less reassuring and frankly insulting - like being told to be patient by the second person I spoke to, whose name I did not get. I also found your live help a waste of time; I used that at 8:30 this morning, stayed signed in for 30 minutes and received no response."
One last try to ring them at 6pm, no response within 10 minutes.
and now its past their delivery times, phones are shut down and i am most likely going to have to start the whole process again tomorrow
problem is i am at work tomorrow and wont have the time I have today.... i had the day off to build and organise my new shed0 -
It seems that this joke of a company is still conning people out of their hard earned cash.
I haven't posted on here in ages as I thought these 'Kybotech' issues would have been sorted by now.
I was sent an email today from 'trustpilot.com' (well respected consumer review website) telling me that Kybotech had been in contact with them regarding a review I submitted/posted about them (same issue as this review). It seems that, although the review was submitted years ago, they (Kybotech) cannot locate my invoice details therefore if I do not respond to this email within a week, they (trustpilot) will have to remove it. Needless to say I have forwarded on all details of the transaction as I made sure I kept all paperwork from Kybotech - good job really. They will try ANYTHING to remove unwanted/bad reviews. Please be aware that this has taken a qualified carpenter four full days so far to erect and during these four full days he has encountered the following problems.
1. He has asked the question as to if the shed has been made using pallets as he has quote "never seen such a pile of !!!! in all of his life!" the quality and built is shocking the quality of pallets!.
2. The floor for which we paid and additional cost and chose the top of the range one does not fit together. He has had to plane to make it fit.
3. None of the panels match up and even when they did after lots of adjustments the 90 screws (of which there were not 90) are just not enough even according to your instructions.
4. The roof is too small and he has had to extend the roof using additional timber.
5. The size walls were so short that you could not have stood up inside the shed so again he has used his own timber (for which I have paid) to build up the sides.
6. The doors do not fit and again he will need to plane them, (these have not been fitted.)
7. The beading for the glazing is the wrong length.
8. Three of the plastic glazing panels were damaged and will need to be replaced (again I will have to pay)
9. The corner cloaking attachments do not fit together correctly at the top of the shed and there are not enough of them
10. The lock does not fit the shed, it is too big.
11. The padlock bracket does not fit on the shed
12. There were not enough cloaking strips
13 The pins sent for the glazing are too long to fit the door glazing!!!
14. The is what looks like concrete spilt onto the wood
15. Even with extra reenforcement that my builder has put in, it is very flimsy.
Seems from Mr Stephen Sparrow:
No one has ever complained before (lies)
Because I did not have the shed put up with in a one month window (in the winter) I have not a leg to stand on and any problems with putting this !!!! shed together is down to my builder who is a trained carpenter.
The missing items should've been reported earlier (so I should've known that the 90 screws were not going to be enough!)
I should've seen that the plastic panels were damaged.
I should've been able to predict that the floor, roof and door locks would not fit.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AWFUL EXPERIENCE SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL GARDEN CENTRES WHO DON'T SELL BILLY OH SHEDS/SUMMERHOUSES.

I am not sure of the resolution, but have a strong suspicion that legally they don't have a leg to stand on here.Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0
