My £1k deposit was made on Monday and the bonus was received yesterday (Thursday), so it seems likely you'll see yours early next week.

My switch completed yesterday and today I received an email from Danske informing me there is a new document in my online banking.  The document is regarding confirmation the switch is complete.

Did you receive the bonus? 

I haven't and it has been more than ten working days.

I have asked Danske why I have not been awarded the switch bonus and they state that as I had a current account on 18 April when the promotion started, this disqualifies me.  I have checked the terms and cannot anything stating that one must not be a current account customer after 18 April, only that the promotion starts 18 April and to qualify you must not be an existing current account customer and must open a new current account.

I had a current account on 18 April but closed it, waiting a few days and opened a new one.  At the time I opened the account I was not a current account customer, but I was when the promotion started.  Are the terms here down to interpretation or have I misread it?
