£9 Travelodge summer rooms. Book before 31 Jan!

Entered a search on the South Coast (Pretty Extensive Area?) Searched through July -August and September. Result: One Lodge- On One Night- Sunday offering the £9 deal!! Almost as good as Easy Jet!

Travelodge rooms for £9 in Egham area anyway, well only the odd Sunday night and that's it, disappointing !

i've just booked a sunday night in june in stafford,plan to have a day out at alton towers then stay there that night,there are quite a few sundays left in the areas i browsed through,happy with the deal though £9 for us both,bargain!

Wouldnt stop here again if they paid me £9... or £90. We stayed at Portsmouth and the room was less than desirable. I have written numerous emails trying to get a reply - have even been told the Portsmouth Manager has written to me (must have got lost in the post hey?) because when I asked for it to be emailed to me all went quiet. We stayed in 2 rooms in Portsmouth - both had broken window shutters - one wouldnt open - the other wouldnt close. Very noisy outside. The sofa was broken. Most nights we had NO towels. Some nights we had no mugs. The water was dangerously hot. The taps were so stiff that the eldery would have had trouble turning them. One of the rooms had a water leak in the bathroom. The rooms were grimy. We found a tampon behind the sofa. The extractor fan in the bathroom didnt work. My hairdryer worked intermittently... I guess this meant faulty wires behind the somewhat unsecure socket.

Their Customer Relations is rubbish - I'd much rather stay at the Premier Inn... they may not do the offers but they are friendly, clean and efficient.

No wonder Travelodge has to do offers to get people to stay there!!!

well thats Blackpool finished then,
Its already on its knees from missing out on the casino,
No wonder there are roumers that travel lodge are to build another 18 hotels in and around blackpool.

ETA.. I have stopped in travelodges a fair few times (Sunderland, Newcastle, Durham, York amongst others) and have never ever had a problem with them!!)
