£9 Travelodge summer rooms. Book before 31 Jan!

What's the deal?

Budget hotel chain Travelodge is offering a large number of Saver rooms in all its UK hotels at £9 in June, July and August. Rooms must be booked by 31 January. Usually these rooms retail up to £80 but this is reportedly part of a price war it is having with Premier, so take advantage.

What are Travelodge rooms like?

They're clean and functional, and do the job. This is about the tenth travelodge deal that MoneySavers have jammed in and there's usually extremely good feedback from those who've taken part, though there are some concerns it has a deliberate 'overbooking' policy, but most MoneySavers don't report problems.

What you need to do

Use Travelodge's room search to find a hotel and date available.

Supersaver rooms are pre-pay and non-refundable.

You must book at least 21 days before arrival and must be paid for in advance.

Bag some cheap days out to go with your bargain room

We'll be taking bookings for our £9 Saver rooms from Friday afternoon. To enjoy our lowest ever room rate, you'll need book at least six months in advance. We have a limited number of Saver rooms

I've just had an email to say that from this afternoon you can book Travellodge rooms for June July and August for £9 subject to normal terms and condition wghich includes booking 6 months in advance and paying up front. If you want one be quick the are limited.

"PLEASE NOTE Payment using the Visa Electron and Solo debit cards cannot be taken for bookings or guarantees"

So, as with Tesco online, once again a large chunk of the population miss out. ah well!

Is this offer on after 12? I really need to get a room, but I bet the date I want doesn't have the £9 rooms!

No they will be £9 but you can not book them until this afternoon so they will not show on the web site until then
