Anyone struggling with the bank connection?

Keep trying, it took me from 12pm til 4pm to book rooms, but I did eventually manage 5, different places, but following days so a nice cheap break in school holidays for us

Mines saying 'Your payment is currently being processed, please wait.' i've been waiting for an hour. should I log off and start again?

I would imagine it hasnt gone through and you would need to restart - no email confirmation i imagine?

I'm about ready to scream! Been trying for about 6 hours now, finally get on to the point where I've found a room that I want to book, and it boots me again. How is this my 'best booking experience'?!

After a lot of swearing and sighing I've managed to snag 2 rooms (one for me and dh and one for my parents) in Manchester for a total of 6 nights (June).

Absolutely over the moon with my budget break! Thanks OP! :j

Keep persevering if you haven't managed to get a booking yet, I'd been at it for around 3 hours before I suceeded... was actually about to give up. Good luck everyone

Just got on, clicked on the map, clicked back a page to find a different place then got booted off! :mad:
