Still concerned lol. Did you do it after the post by jak22?dali21 said:Yes I did this today. Earlier posts from others confirm this works. Thanks to SoulSaver who confirmed this yesterday.0 -
Yes but it's still a better return. The cross over point is £300 spend where both return £3. Anything beyond this favours the CC and it's not hard for me to hit the £750 for the max £15 cashback (less the £3 fee). Then I fall back on my Barclaycard 0% 22 month CC for stoozing. I have no obvious use for Chase until 03/24 when the Edge offer ends or the Barclays 0% period reduces to a few monthsTBC15 said:

Thanks to SoulSaver who confirmed this yesterday.I think that response from customer services can be taken with a large pinch of salt. Some eligibility criteria were posted earlier in the thread. You would need to meet those. I would think anyone who moved £50k+ into their original boosted saver will be out of luck. It seems clear enough what checks are being done in app, and they've not released an app update since this morning, whereas the offer required an app update to be shown. On the other hand, this rate will track downward with the base rate, so there are no guarantees it will be competitive after November anyway.1 -

Just closed my old 5.1% account and opened new one with bonus until Jan. Thank for all the info on here. Was dubious the loophole may have been close by this morning but all went fine.1
